About us
Located at the north end of Sycamore Road in Amersham on the Hill, our third bar has built up a huge local following since opening in late 2015.
Mad Squirrel Amersham benefits from a large drinking terrace outside that can seat up to 64 plus standing room, the perfect space to enjoy an alfresco brew. Inside the bar stocks 14 taps of Mad Squirrel beers, plus a wide range of ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Amersham also has a pizza kitchen, creating fresh handmade pizzas to order.
We serve an extensive selection of Mad Squirrel beers on tap and in cans, all brewed locally in Potten End. Chose from the established favourites in our Core Range or explore the Limited Release beers that are continually on rotation. There’s always something new in, so there’s always a reason to visit.
Can’t get to the taproom? Then you can also order beer online for delivery to your home.

Food & drink
As good as the beer is, it’s certainly not all about the beer! We have a fully stocked bar serving ciders, wines, spirits, a new cocktail menu and soft drinks.
And try out our food menu served lunchtimes and evenings. We offer a selection of freshly made, hand rolled, pizzas plus a selection of mad dogs.

What’s on
At Mad Squirrel we love live entertainment. We frequently host local musicians, from solo artists to full bands, performing covers and original music, and there is a regular open mic night. We also host regular board games nights, quizzes, and art evenings. Check out what’s coming up…
